We offer 1-on-1 personal training and studio rental for independent trainers.

I AM A TRAINER
Are Personal Trainer looking to build your business?
We provide a facility that allows you to rent space and train your clients.
​
Space Rental Requirements:
1. Accredited Personal Training Certification or Degree in field
2. CPR/AED Certificate
3. Valid State Issued ID or Passport
4. Liability Insurance. Minimum $1 million in coverage. Please include the following on the insurance form:

Deep Stretch
Saturdays @ 1pm:
In this stretching class you will work at your on pace to increase your flexibility with a
series of stretches that will leave you feeling relaxed and more mobile.
Class is limited to 6 people.
Small Group Circuit Training
Sundays @ 1pm:
A total body workout that combines cardio and strength training.
There will be minimal rest while moving through different fitness stations.
This workout will be sure to get your heart rate up and in a supportive environment!
